In Vols 1-2 (printed in 1797) an attempt was made to list all enactments from the start of the separate Delaware General Assembly in 1700 through 1797 at least by title, but omitting any details of most of those repealed or expired. The codified statutes, under various titles, usually incorporating "Revised code" or "Delaware Code Annotated" were printed in 1829, 1852, 1873, 1893, 1915, 1935, 1953 and 1972, each section of each statute usually listing the amendments since the previous edition.
